I am glad Brett Farve is playing again this year. I am not sure if they will be any better, but I am glad he is playing. I am also not sure how smart it is to overpay Charles Woodson with so many holes on the roster.

I hope the Packers get either D'Brickashaw Ferguson, Mario Williams or A.J. Hawk. If all three of those guys are gone, trade down.

Watching the NHL playoffs makes me realize how bad the Kings were.

I hope Dean Lombardi is the answer for the Kings. It is a sad day when fans are rejoicing because a team picked up a GM who got fired from a division rival.

I have been roped into American Idol. I like Elliot Yamin.

I hate the following people: Wynonna Judd, Randy Jackson and Paula Abdul.

Can someone have an intervention with Paula Abdul please? She is coming apart in front of millions of viewers every week and has E! True Hollywood Story written all over her.

I have no confidence that the next president will heal the fissure in the political world. No one really gets me too excited right now.

I love baseball. I know the Dodgers stink, but I find the game so cathartic. There is nothing like sitting in the back yard, grilling and listening to Vin Scully call a game. I hope to hear him call more wins in the future.
