The Odalis Effect

So, after blowing a game, sucking all year and being a waste of time and money, Odalis Perez took the opportunity to blast the Dodgers and their treatment of him, several times invoking the phrase "what did I do? Tell me what I did?". I have great news Odalis. I know the answer. You suck.

This makes about as much sense as General George Custer complaining about the government issued footwear for his troops...on June 26, 1876 (the day after Little Big Horn). Odalis, there is this thing called leverage, and you don't have any. You have done nothing but suck on a roster spot and several million dollars while doing nothing but get fatter. The fact you are employed is the 8th World Wonder. Here is an idea- don't lose any more games. If that is not possible, don't allow any more runs. If that is not possible, go 2 innings without surrendering a dinger. If that is not possible, lower your ERA below 6. If that is not possible, just shut your cake hole and stop complaining. The Dodgers did, and they have a lot more reason to do so than you do.
